The list details those individuals who have received a Notice of Default (NOD) or a court-ordered Lis Pendens (LIS) - know as "pre-foreclosure" - and those who have received a Notice of Trustee Sale (NTS) or Notice of Foreclosure Sale (NFS) signaling that their property is scheduled for Auction. The file also contains bank-owned properties (REOs) which have been repossessed by the foreclosing lender.

 

The list provides an ideal resource for Realtors, real estate investors, debt collectors, debt consolidation and loss mitigation service providers, lenders offering re-financing and loan modification opportunities, auctioneers, and various other parties focused on the lending and real estate industries.
